We’ll be gathering to watch the new documentary The Biggest Little Farm, which follows a couple and their successes and failures as they work to develop a sustainable farm on 200 acres outside of Los Angeles. They built their farm around the idea of “regenerative farming”. “Regenerative agriculture describes farming and grazing practices that, among other benefits, reverse climate change by rebuilding soil organic matter and restoring degraded soil biodiversity – resulting in both carbon drawdown and improving the water cycle.”
