Join Jan to make deeply flavorful pickles and other late-summer fermented delights. Learn the differences between full- and half-sour dills, and understand which summer vegetables are best to ferment. Please bring one or two quart-sized jars with lids to take home your ferments. Children over 6 are welcome to register.
